Thermoforming packaging machine, also known as rollstock packaging machine or roll stock machine, is capable to do the whole process from package forming, sealing, cutting to final output. With high automation, it's not only helpful to reduce labor cost, but also popular for its easy operation, great efficiency and high-level hygiene. For different products, it's optional to do rigid film machines with MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging), flexible film machines with vacuum or sometimes MAP, or VSP (Vacuum Skin Packaging). Thermoforming packaging machines are mainly capable of 3 packaging types: vacuum packaging, MAP modified atmosphere packaging, VSP vacuum skin packaging.
The thermoforming MAP packaging machine is the rollstock packaging machine for products’ MAP modified atmosphere packaging in rigid trays that are formed automatically by thick rigid bottom film. After rigid film is formed into a particular shape, the machine starts to do vacuum and then flush gas to finish MAP (modified atmosphere packing).

The thermoforming VSP vacuum skin packaging machine is the rollstock packaging machine for products’ VSP vacuum skin packaging in skin pack trays that are formed automatically by thick rigid bottom film.
